September 2025 saw lots of change for us at the lab!
We had several tenants requiring smaller and larger office spaces so to help accommodate those requests and also for us, the facilities team who look after Brixham Lab, to have a more central position in the building we converted and renovated the largest office we have on our ground floor. This created an additional office which we’ve already rented out and an amazing space which we have now moved into.
This also meant five of our tenants where able to move office’s like a domino effect, all really happy with gaining extra space their company’s need. meeting our tenants needs is what we prioritise her at the lab, we pride ourselves in creating a warm welcoming environment and going the extra mile.
