The University of Plymouth has secured £234,213 funding from Innovate UK for a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project with the Secure Innovation organisation.
The aim of this 27-month Secure Innovation KTP collaboration with the University of Plymouth is to develop and embed a robust, reliable and cost-effective satellite communication system to allow the global tracking and monitoring of high value assets in areas with poor or no GSM coverage. This project is supported by the Associate Head of School of Engineering, Dr Toby Whitley, and the Associate Professor of Digital Communications Engineering, Dr Adrian Ambroze.
